Overview

E2CR Inc. is a full-service geotechnical engineering and drilling firm with more than 30 years of experience in the Mid-Atlantic region - Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and Delaware. Three Maryland-licensed Professional Engineers, each with more than 20 years of experience, lead the engineering work. Five drill crews execute land and water investigations, and an AASHTO-accredited laboratory provides soil, rock, and materials testing reviewed by licensed engineers. Projects span major rail tunnels, marine terminals, federal installations, and highway interchanges across the region.
