Overview
DST is a Hagerstown, Maryland aerospace and aviation engineering practice with more than 30 years of experience in aircraft testing, training, modification, and systems integration. Operating a fleet of more than ten specialized fixed-wing aircraft, it serves U.S. government and law-enforcement partners across airborne sensor testing, special mission aircraft integration, FAA field approval support, STC projects, sustainment engineering, and comprehensive mission training. DST has completed more than 40 special mission aircraft integrations and averages more than 2,600 special operations flight hours annually.

Flight Testing
DST operates a fleet of more than ten fixed-wing aircraft, all modified and maintained to FAA and DoD standards. Aircraft are outfitted for near plug-and-play sensor integration, and daily coordination with FAA and NCRCC Special Operations personnel enables rapid flight authorization for restricted areas and custom flight profiles.
Engineering Services
Mechanical, structural, and systems engineers deliver focused solutions for airborne systems and sensor integration, addressing complex mission requirements while meeting FAA regulations. Capabilities extend to FAA field approvals, STC projects, sustainment engineering, and on-site troubleshooting at the customer's location.
