Overview
DEVITA is a MEPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural) engineering firm with offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Greenville, and Richmond. In addition to integrated MEP and structural engineering, DEVITA offers full engineering and detailing services for precast concrete systems. Teams serve a broad range of project types, from restaurant and retail developments nationwide to government facilities across the Southeast, applying 3D BIM modeling technology and sustainable design expertise.

MEPS Engineering
Integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering for building projects of all sizes. DEVITA engineers work through all project phases to control costs, meet deadlines, and improve building performance using industry-leading 3D BIM modeling technology.
Precast Engineering
Engineering and detailing services for buildings employing total precast systems and for the precast portions of buildings that employ multiple building systems. DEVITA uses Tekla software for the full precast design process, from shapes modeling to shop ticket generation.
