Founded David Cruz Engineering in 2003. Holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MS in Environmental Engineering and Science from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Arizona, and Washington, with more than 20 years of engineering design experience. He also has extensive service in the military, having served active duty in the Air Force and in the Air National Guard where he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
