Daniel Development Group (DDG) is an engineering and product development practice based in the Phoenix Metro area of Arizona, with roots dating back to Uinta West (founded in 1997 in Utah). Leslie is an experienced mechanical engineer with an emphasis in manufacturing, production, process, and quality engineering. Her expertise includes Six Sigma process improvement, Process FMEAs, QS-9000 standards, Lean manufacturing, cleanroom protocols, automated and manual assembly, ergonomic factors, manufacturing fixtures, and product improvements for manufacturability. She is skilled at business management, supplier relations, customer relations, and production team coordination. Her background includes process engineering positions with Dupont Holographics, Autoliv ASP, and National Standard.

His past positions include serving as Chief Technology Officer for Hotwire Development, engineering roles at L-3 Communications focused on advanced networking and cognitive technologies (AI, autonomous systems, and machine learning), Director of Hardware Engineering at Sorenson Vision, and Director of Engineering at Mobility Electronics. He holds 17 granted patents in computing, networks, embedded systems, controls, and virtualization.
