Work was beyond expectations. CWE has been amazing with their ability to be nimble with major shifts in priorities. They have been talented in transcribing the wishes of non-expert management and elected folks into quality scientific reporting and planning.

CWE has provided exceptional consulting services to the County of San Bernardino and the Mojave River Watershed Group. For each assigned project, CWE has been able to hit the ground running and deliver projects, on time and within budget. We have been especially pleased with the quality of their work and the ability of the CWE team in overcoming project obstacles. I recommend CWE without hesitation.
CWE demonstrated exceptional project management and civil engineering design expertise. They effectively completed PS&Es for this complex system on a compressed schedule and met all project and grant funding timelines and requirements. I strongly recommend using CWE for any civil engineering projects you may be considering.
CWE's focus on saving client dollars became very evident while performing fish passage analysis and stream restoration design at the North Fork of Matilija Creek near Highway 33. No matter the need or deadline, CWE consistently demonstrated leadership, management ability, innovation, and technical expertise.
CWE did an exceptional job of explaining issues and providing engineering data to stakeholders to move the project along. CWE provided work that exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, and innovation. The project reports and submittals were exemplary, submitted on-time, and when needed, comments were addressed in a timely manner.
CWE provided excellent communication and written documentation of project activities throughout the project. CWE demonstrated responsive project management and cost control especially given the extremely tight schedule requirements in the statement of work.
It has been my pleasure to rely on CWE as a valuable go-to consultant for drainage and regulatory services for four consecutive fiscal years. No matter the need or deadline, CWE promptly and efficiently responds with valuable work products that address the question at hand and also provides the City with useful recommendations to address those solutions that may take longer to implement.
