Adrian Holguin-Ontiveros joined CSA Design Group in 2012 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and New Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Texas at El Paso. As Vice President, he oversees daily operations while leading civil design efforts with a specialization in land development. With extensive experience guiding projects from initial planning through construction, he ensures technical excellence, efficient workflows, and consistent delivery across all project phases.

Nancy Hayes is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, New Mexico, and Virginia with 24 years of experience in land development and civil engineering. She is a drainage and FEMA specialist with a deep understanding of the unique desert hydrology of the Southwest. Specializing in floodplain analysis, FEMA coordination, and stormwater design, she helps projects maintain compliance, stay constructable, and avoid flood-zone issues. She is also LEED AP certified, helping integrate sustainable practices into civil projects.
