Since acquiring Crow Engineering in August 2016, Hunter has accelerated the growth of the organization from 17 team members to 60. Hunter focuses on building relationships that value long-term partnerships by listening to client needs, redefining service offerings, and formulating collaborative solutions.

Holly is an experienced finance and operations professional with over three decades of experience. She holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon, a BA in Accounting from Linfield University, and holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. Throughout her career, Holly has served as Chief Financial Officer across capital management, land development, construction, and produce sectors, leading both finance and human resources.

Reddy has over four decades of experience in structural and geotechnical engineering, managing a structural team of engineers and designers. He obtained his graduate degree in structural engineering at Florida International University, holds engineering licenses in 15 states, and is seasoned across residential, commercial, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors.

Matt possesses an extensive background in industrial engineering design, fabrication, and installation services. He serves as the direct contact for mechanical and structural fabrication projects, managing mechanical design teams and overseeing project scheduling, budgeting, fabrication estimates, and mechanical designs.
