Todd Goolkasian founded Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group in 2004. He is a licensed structural engineer with over 40 years of experience in structural design and project management. During his career, he has been responsible for the design and construction management of major bridge, grade separation, and freeway interchange projects, seismic retrofits, retaining walls, and water-related structures. He has also led the structural design of educational, commercial, industrial, and community facilities. In 2018, the American Society of Civil Engineers selected him to receive the ASCE national Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Shawn Cullers joined Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group shortly after its founding in 2004 and became a Principal and President in 2020. With over 22 years of professional engineering and project management experience, he manages many of the practice's largest and most complex projects, focusing primarily on transportation structures for public clients. His portfolio includes bridge rehabilitations, seismic retrofits, widenings, transit and rail structures, retaining walls, culverts, and municipal facilities. He is currently serving as the ASCE Fresno Branch President and is a past chair of the ACEC/Caltrans Structures Liaison Committee.

He manages the Building Division and directly oversees every building project designed by Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group.
