We had a unique thematic vision for the restaurant that CEG worked tirelessly with us on for many months during the design portion of the project. During construction unanticipated issues hampered construction and CEG was always responsive and timely to anything that needed engineering attention.
The CEG team designed and assisted with the construction of the project (Melbourne City Hall) which was delivered on-time and on-budget. The only change orders associated with the project were City driven changes for additional items. The City of Melbourne feels that CEG was an integral part of the successful design-build of the new City Hall.
CEG closely coordinated throughout the projects with the Port staff, our police chief and fire marshal. CEG has been responsive anytime we need additional assistance and effectively communicates with us in our experience to date. I feel that CEG has been an integral part of the success of these two projects (Port police station, and fire station).
When confronted with an engineering issue, Construction Engineering Group handles changing situations with aplomb, and their knowledge of CSMEP engineering is unmatched on the Space Coast.
