Upgraded and relocated the HVAC system at the Owens-Thomas House, a National Trust Landmark property. The engineering solution utilized 12 existing chimney flues as air delivery ducts and placed new units in the attic to keep all equipment and ducting completely hidden, preserving the historical fabric of the building without creating new openings.
