Has completed more than 120 civil works projects including investigations, studies, design, and construction-related assignments in Florida, New Jersey, and New York for federal, state, county, and municipal government agencies, private water utility purveyors, and private sector corporations. Has served clients including the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
