Owner
P.E., LEED AP
Pamela Coleman is the owner of Coleman Consulting. Originally from Kansas, she came to Baltimore in 1990 to attend Johns Hopkins University. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in May of 1994 and completed the Honors Combined Bachelor's/Master's Program to receive her Master of Civil Engineering degree from JHU one year later. During school and through the spring of 1996 she interned at Forensic Technologies International, Inc. in Annapolis, where she analyzed structural failure modes and developed failure scenarios. She then worked as a Project Engineer at LPJ Inc. on structural designs for low-rise building projects before joining Century Engineering as a Project Manager and Project Engineer. Her responsibilities there included structural investigations, new construction design, historic renovations, and marine facility engineering. She earned her Professional Engineering license in 2000 and her LEED accreditation in 2003, subsequently co-founding Coleman Consulting with her husband, Chris, to fill a niche in the Baltimore area for specialized building envelope engineering.
