Leadership

Claire Gibson

CEO

PE

Claire earned her engineering degrees from the University of Washington (B.S.) and University of California, Berkeley (M.S.). She began her career in the Bay Area before returning to the Puget Sound region. Her geotechnical experience includes subsurface characterization, field testing, foundations, deep excavations, seismic hazard studies, slope stability, and levee analysis. She has extensive experience in public works project delivery at city, county, and state levels, and has helped author city standards and design guidance manuals.

Matthew Gibson

Principal
