Ron began his engineering and construction career in 1990 with an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Delaware Technical and Community College. He earned a B.A.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Delaware in 1997 and has over 33 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, with an extensive background in engineering design, construction management, permitting, and coordinating with regulatory agencies.

Scott began his engineering career in 1995 with a B.A.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Delaware. He has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, with an extensive background working with municipalities and regulatory agencies, and is responsible for civil site and municipal engineering projects, construction management, contract administration, and construction review.
