Jim Hanley founded Civil Design Consultants, Inc. and has spent his career in civil engineering. His expertise spans the design, permitting, and construction of large-scale residential and commercial developments across New England, giving him an extensive background in roadway and site design, stormwater management, and local, state, and federal permitting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
