Texas Tech University West Village Student Housing Complex

Lubbock, Texas | Texas Tech University | Education

Phase one of a 457-bed student housing community consisting of two traditional residence hall buildings with community spaces, apartment-style units, and the Raider Exchange retail and food service facility. The complex targets a 20% reduction in energy consumption and 70% reduction in potable water use, uses Insulated Concrete Form construction, and is LEED Certified.
