Concord Engineering & Surveying Inc. (CESI) is a multi-disciplined civil, geotechnical, materials testing, and surveying firm established in 1978 and headquartered just outside Charlotte, North Carolina. For over 47 years, CESI has provided due diligence, design, and construction support services for residential, industrial, and institutional projects throughout the Charlotte region, across North Carolina, and in neighboring Southeastern states. One of the largest surveying firms in North Carolina, CESI serves private developers, municipalities, and institutional clients from site conception through construction completion.
