Fidel has over 30 years of industry experience. Originally from El Salvador, he moved to Vancouver, B.C. in 1991 where he worked as an electrical and control systems engineer for the forest industry. He later relocated to Eugene, Oregon in 1998, obtaining his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University in 2000 and his professional engineer license in Oregon in 2002. He leads major controls engineering projects and oversees electrical designs.
Partner
Diana joined the practice full time in 2010 upon graduating with her Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University. Born in El Salvador, she grew up in Canada and Eugene, Oregon. Diana leads major arc flash studies and electrical design projects.
Electrical Engineer
Eileen completed her Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Oregon State University in 2009. She conducted molecular biology research at OSU studying circadian rhythms and lighting effects before joining the practice in 2019. Eileen performs arc flash studies, data compilation, electrical power distribution design, and HMI development.
CE Engineers (Formerly ICE Corp) provided technical assistance and professional services for the U.S.B.R. 'A' Canal Head Works. CE Engineers performed all tasks flawlessly, stayed well ahead of scheduled time, and always conducted themselves in a professional manner.
CE Engineers performed the electrical engineering design and arc flash analysis at the City of Salem's Mission Street Sewer Pump Station for an electrical upgrade project. CE Engineers worked well with the City of Salem staff to provide the detailed electrical drawings and arc flash report needed for this project, and met all of the project schedule requirements.
