Mark Amick
President
P.E.
Mark Amick has owned and operated Carolina Engineering since September 2006. He graduated from Clemson University in 1982 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in SC, NC, and GA. He has designed numerous municipal, commercial, industrial, and institutional sites, including 175-plus subdivisions, 200-plus church sites, and 50-plus school sites.
Reid Walker
Project Manager
Reid Walker graduated from Clemson University in 2002 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and joined Carolina Engineering in 2013 after 15 years at two other engineering firms. He specializes in South Carolina housing authority projects, HUD Modifications, CIAP projects, Capital Fund Programs, stormwater design, hydraulic analysis, and wastewater systems. He is a Certified Specialist Public Housing Inspector and has completed UPCS Training and examination.
Ronald L. Burton

Ronald Burton has led the Surveying Department at Carolina Engineering since 1983. He began his surveying career in 1968, served in the US Army as an Artillery Surveyor with the 3rd Armored Division, and holds a Professional Licensed Land Surveyor license in South Carolina. He brings over 46 years of experience in land surveying and construction staking.

Office Manager
Teddi Miles graduated from Spartanburg Methodist College in 1978 with an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science. She joined Carolina Engineering in 2014 after 18 years in the legal field and manages the office and coordinates engineering projects.
