Wendy Pelletier
Owner, Licensed Land Surveyor
A 1987 civil engineering graduate of Vermont Technical College, Wendy Pelletier founded Cardinal Surveying and Land Planning in 2009 after earning her surveying license. She previously worked with David A. Mann Land Surveyor beginning in 2005. In 2021 she received the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association Surveying Excellence Award.
