Overview

Cardinal Engineering Corporation is a full-service civil, environmental engineering, and land surveying practice that has been serving the tri-state area of Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana since 1968. It expanded its services to the Carolinas with the opening of its second office in Asheville, North Carolina in 2022. It serves residential, commercial, solid waste, institutional, and industrial owners and developers, as well as federal, state, county, and local municipal governments.

The community features walking trails, wooded open space, beautifully landscaped areas, and street lighting. Lots on rolling hills were custom-designed to maximize rear yards and preserve heavily wooded views.
