Carlos E. Arguijo is a registered professional engineer in Texas and New Mexico with extensive experience across commercial, industrial, institutional, and federal projects. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso, he is an active member of ASHRAE and a founding board member of the USGBC Chihuahuan Desert Chapter. In 2019, he was honored with the ASHRAE Lincoln Bouillon Award.
