Campco Engineering, Inc. (CEI) is a civil engineering design and consulting firm founded in 1974 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. For more than 50 years, it has delivered transportation planning, highway design, site planning and design, hydrology and hydraulic engineering, utility design and coordination, project management, and construction administration to public agencies and private clients across North and South Carolina. CEI's portfolio spans road and intersection improvements, K-12 school campuses, municipal parks, public safety facilities, and justice facilities, guiding projects from initial planning and permitting through construction.
