C. V. Shashikumar completed his B.E. at the National Institute of Engineering (Mysore University) and his M.E. in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science. He completed PhD studies at Rutgers University and holds Professional Engineer licenses in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Texas. He founded C.V. Associates NY in 1995 and led its growth to approximately 75 engineers, surveyors, and technicians.
