Founder

Jeffrey graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds electrical engineering degrees. He began his career designing hardware for Intel, served as a research engineer at Georgia Tech's NEETRAC testing utility apparatus, spent nearly two decades in the ultra-high-voltage laboratory at the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), and was Lab Director at KEMA Laboratories before founding the practice.
