Brindley is a Civil Engineer with more than 45 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, encompassing planning and design through project administration and construction management. Since founding BPA in 1991, Brindley remains directly involved in the preparation of all plans, contract documents, schedules, and budgets for public and private infrastructure.
