Koray Bozkurt holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of District of Columbia, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MS in Project Management from the University of Maryland. Before founding BOZ Engineering in 2008, Koray worked in heavy civil infrastructure managing retaining wall design programs with over 100 projects per year and designing structural systems for bridges and tunnels. Koray holds PE licensure in DC, MD, VA, and FL, and is a PMP-certified project manager. He personally oversees structural design and conducts the majority of site visits for BOZ.
We use BOZ on almost every project now. They pick up the phone, they turn plans around fast, and they handle the permit process so my crew is never sitting idle waiting on drawings. I used to juggle three different engineering firms now I make one call and everything is covered.

He handled everything from the structural plans to pulling the permit. No surprises, no runaround.
I called BOZ on a Friday afternoon with an emergency, a foundation wall was failing on one of my job sites and we needed a structural engineer out there fast. Koray was on site the next morning, assessed the damage, and had a repair design to us within days. That is the kind of response time that keeps my business running.
