An affordable housing development in Poipu, Kauai consisting of 134 units throughout 23 two-story buildings. Contracted to perform the civil site work for buildings, parking, internal roads, open spaces, and the widening of Poipu Road.
Waipouli, Kauai, HI | Affordable Housing
A design-build project of 80 affordable housing units. Provided civil engineering services for the infrastructure design of roadway, water, sewer, and drainage systems, as well as off-site improvements.
2018 | Waipahu, Oahu, HI | Ahe Group | Affordable Housing
Renovation and improvement projects to preserve the affordable housing status of Waipahu Towers. Worked on various site improvements including a new administration building, trash enclosure, and ADA components such as parking stalls, ramps, and walkways.
2018 | Hawaii | Kainalu Apartments | Multifamily Residential
Project management and construction BMP design for the Kainalu Apartment's seawall, which was experiencing severe cracking and foundation failure. Obtained multiple permits including Section 401 WQC, Section 404, DLNR OCCL, and an NPDES Dewatering Permit, and conducted weekly inspections.

Collaborated with the Jack Nicklaus Golf Design Team on the design and construction of the Timber Resort's Hokuala golf course, which won the title of 'Hawaii's Best Golf Course'.
