Gary Comparetto

President and CEO

Gary Comparetto has proven ability in senior customer interface and the management of technical personnel. He possesses extensive technical expertise in terrestrial wireless and satellite communications, including MANETs, link budget analysis, modulation, coding, interleaving, spread spectrum, multi-access, anti-jam, frequency coordination, and fading channels, as well as performance modeling and simulation of tactical and satellite communications networks. He has authored over 45 technical publications and two communications architecture chapters in graduate-level textbooks, developed the course 'From LEO to GEO: SATCOM Systems Engineering and Design', and taught graduate courses at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs and the University of Denver. His career includes managing the MITRE Corporation's Border Security department supporting CBP, overseeing MITRE's DARPA work program, and serving as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Radio Dynamics Corporation, where he directed R&D and business development.
