He founded Belanger Engineering in 2005 and has served as lead engineer on numerous commercial development projects across southern and central Maine, accumulating over 25 years of engineering experience. He holds a Professional Engineering license in Maine and New Hampshire and has managed approvals involving Maine DEP, Maine DOT, EPA, Army Corps of Engineers, and HUD.
