Etta Reed graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and joined Bayer Becker in 1994. She developed the transportation engineering department, opened the Oxford, OH office, and was named principal in 2000. She currently serves as President of Bayer Becker and is a licensed professional engineer in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
