Battle Born Ventures, LLC (BBV) is a locally owned land surveying and civil engineering company based in Sparks, Nevada, founded in 2004 by fourth-generation Nevadan Erik Lee. BBV provides land surveying, civil engineering, and structural engineering services to private and municipal clients throughout Northern Nevada, including Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and Fernley. Its owner-operated field practice draws on over 40 years of combined experience across land surveying, engineering, and construction.

Boundary Surveys
Property corner location surveys, records of survey, boundary line adjustments, reversion to acreage maps, parcel maps, final maps, legal descriptions and exhibits, and easement and right-of-way establishment surveys.
Topographic Surveys
Survey control networks, ground topography data collection including spot elevations, drainage features, roadway improvements, utilities, planometrics, and earthworks volume verification surveys.
Construction Layout Surveys
Construction staking for building corners, earthwork and site grading, drill pads, slopes, site improvements, pipeline and road alignments, and as-built surveys.
