National Engineering & Architectural Services, Inc. (NEAS) is an Ohio-based multi-disciplined engineering firm founded in 1992. NEAS delivers geotechnical engineering, drilling, and laboratory testing; survey and right-of-way plan development; subsurface utility locating; bridge design; and construction inspection, management, and materials testing. With three AASHTO-accredited testing laboratories, operations across all twelve ODOT districts, and offices in Northern, Central, and Southern Ohio, NEAS serves federal, state, county, and municipal clients as well as schools, airports, and sewer districts.
