Bancroft Design is a full-service civil engineering and land surveying company serving owner-clients, contractors, and public agencies throughout Oklahoma since 2010. Founded by Kelly Harris, P.E., the firm was formerly known as Keystone Engineering and Surveying and expanded through the acquisition of Stillwater Engineering and Consulting. Bancroft Design maintains over 50 years of collective experience and historical records for Oklahoma developments dating back to 1969, providing civil engineering analysis and design, surveying, transportation engineering, energy and utility engineering, and construction support services.
