Jim Baker is a veteran mariner with a career spanning several decades. Starting as an offshore deckhand, he rose through the ranks and spent approximately 15 years sailing on offshore vessels before serving as Marine Manager for a commercial diving firm. He founded BMS in 2008 and is actively involved in professional and industry organizations such as OMSA, SNAME, MTS, and SOMWS.
