West Texas State Veterans Cemetery - Phase I Establishment

A/E Prime for the 100-acre establishment of the new veteran's cemetery on property donated by the City of Lubbock. Coordinated Section 106 and NEPA studies, and led design for bid documents. Design elements included administration, maintenance, and committal shelter buildings, burial sites, roadways, civil site work, landscaping, and irrigation systems.

Houston National Cemetery - Phase 5 Development

Worked alongside VA Resident Engineers for the expansion of the national cemetery, encompassing 8,000 columbaria niches, 2,000 in-ground cremation plots, and 14,500 pre-placed crypts. Construction inspection services covered civil site, mass earthwork grading, roadway and drainage improvements, a new irrigation water well, and interior maintenance and plaza renovations.

As president, his experience spans management, design, and construction administration for a broad range of civil and environmental projects.

Construction Manager

Nathan specializes in construction materials testing and Quality Control/Quality Assurance inspections for large-scale roadway and infrastructure construction projects. His expertise includes construction phase services on projects such as the SH 99 Grand Parkway infrastructure and the Houston National Cemetery.
