A/E Prime for the 100-acre establishment of the new veteran's cemetery on property donated by the City of Lubbock. Coordinated Section 106 and NEPA studies, and led design for bid documents. Design elements included administration, maintenance, and committal shelter buildings, burial sites, roadways, civil site work, landscaping, and irrigation systems.

Worked alongside VA Resident Engineers for the expansion of the national cemetery, encompassing 8,000 columbaria niches, 2,000 in-ground cremation plots, and 14,500 pre-placed crypts. Construction inspection services covered civil site, mass earthwork grading, roadway and drainage improvements, a new irrigation water well, and interior maintenance and plaza renovations.
