Axcess Infrastructure is a structural engineering practice founded in 2020 to advance Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) as a mainstream civil infrastructure material. Drawing on deep manufacturing and design backgrounds, it partners with owners, fabricators, and engineering organizations across North America to deliver professional design, consulting, inspection, and Engineer of Record review for large-scale FRP structures - spanning bridges, rail platforms, hydraulic systems, and marine fender systems. Clients include state DOTs and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Repair of a 384-foot transit platform using FRP panels, addressing installation, longevity, and safety challenges. Custom shims matched concrete elevations to eliminate tripping hazards between materials, resulting in a durable and secure platform.
