With 25 years of experience in the design and project management of mechanical systems, Marc's portfolio includes commercial, institutional, and residential projects. He has extensive experience in multi-family residential and mixed-use housing, with specific experience in high density mid- and high-rise construction, dormitories, student centers, clubhouses. Additionally, Marc has experience in the mechanical design of office buildings, hotels, warehouses, and data centers. With 10+ years of experience in sustainable design, Marc has overseen the certification process for projects in LEED, Energy Star, National Green Building System, Earthcraft and Georgia Peach.

Andy Cawthon

Andy Cawthon is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 17 years of experience in complex building design and project management. His roles have covered a wide range of project types, spanning from $155MM hospital towers to smaller high-volume facility improvement plans. Andy has the ability to manage project teams from initial programming, through design phases to construction completion and close out, while he also possesses building engineering expertise in the fields of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, domestic plumbing, life safety, and electrical systems. In addition to healthcare related project work, Andy has extensive experience with various military and federal government facilities.
