Sandeep Singh has led AVCON as President since 1997. With more than 41 years of aviation engineering experience, he has served as Principal-in-Charge or Senior Project Manager on airport projects throughout the Southeast, specializing in airfield pavements, lighting, and NAVAIDs for both general aviation and commercial service airports.

Jim Kriss is a principal and founder of AVCON, INC., established in 1988. He brings more than 50 years of experience across aviation, pavements, utilities, structural systems, and construction management, with deep expertise in airport planning, design, and project management.
Virgil Lewis
Senior Vice President
PE
Lee Lewis joined AVCON in 1991 and has focused nearly his entire career on airport planning and engineering in Florida. He opened AVCON's Northwest Florida branch office in 1998 and brings expertise in airfield pavement, runway and taxiway projects, airport zoning, and stormwater master plans.
Richard Baldocchi

Rick Baldocchi brings more than 40 years of consulting experience in highway, bridge, trail, and site development engineering. He manages transportation projects through all phases from corridor studies and PD&E to final design and construction administration.
