Mr. McBryde brings over 23 years of expertise in professional industrial hygiene and environmental professional assessment services. His background includes environmental site assessments, radon/asbestos/lead-based paint sampling, risk assessment surveys, biological hazard investigations, stormwater pollution prevention plans, hazardous waste disposal, mold and moisture indoor air quality assessments, OSHA IAQ compliance assessments, abatement design plans, management plans, and air monitoring services.

Mr. Henry oversees food, industrial, and environmental microbiology at the ATOKA Environmental and Food Safety Laboratory, providing quality control testing, shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, forensic investigations, and environmental and mold testing. He is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist and Level 1 Thermographer who conducts indoor air quality studies, performs site surveys for water intrusion and mold contamination, develops specification plans for remedial action, and offers expert witness support in food safety and indoor air quality cases. He holds multiple patents for systems designed to control soluble contaminants such as phosphorous and nitrates.

Dr. Overton is the founder of ATOKA, Inc., with over 40 years of expertise as an Environmental Scientist and Hydrogeologist. His background encompasses environmental site assessments, groundwater monitoring well systems, hazardous/solid waste site evaluation and permitting, remediation strategy development, aquifer characterization, NORM surveying, geophysical studies, aquifer testing, groundwater sampling QA/QC, solute transport, and groundwater modeling. He has over 13 years of university-level teaching experience and provides litigation support and expert witness services. Dr. Overton received the 2016 OSU A&S Distinguished Alumni Award.

Mr. Hill is an Environmental Leader with over 38 years of experience in international, corporate, divisional, facility, and consulting settings. His expertise spans environmental programs across industries including lumber and wood products, automotive, agrochemicals, chemicals, petrochemicals, mining, refining, and energy, with focus areas in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, NEPA compliance, environmental permitting, prevention, and remediation. He has overseen remediation and closure of industrial sites, landfills, pipelines, and waste ponds under UST, CERCLA, RCRA, and state voluntary clean-up programs.

His background includes civil engineering and structural design encompassing site layout, land development, storm water management, solid waste facility design and permitting, regulatory compliance, steel and steel-reinforced concrete design, and utility design and distribution for water and wastewater projects. He also holds experience in road, bridge, and culvert design from public and private sector work.
