A renovation of an existing six-story laboratory building to convert the HVAC system from constant volume to variable air volume. The work included adding venturi supply and exhaust valves, converting existing constant volume fume hoods to variable air volume hoods, and modernizing the control system to the campus standardized central ALC system.
