Alpha Land Surveying & Mapping (ALSM) was founded in January 1996 by Fred M. Franklin, PLS, in Oakland, Nebraska, and has grown into a regional land surveying practice serving Nebraska and Florida. ALSM provides boundary, ALTA/ACSM, topographic, elevation certificate, and FEMA/LOMA/GIS surveys, along with construction staking and aerial drone services.
