In my numerous project collaborations with Donya, including Smart Cities, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and traffic signal modernization, her strong work ethics, creativity, and professionalism have always accomplished the task at hand and yielded successful results. Her willingness and desire to ensure that all stakeholder requirements are fulfilled on every project makes her a great project manager and leader. I am always amazed with Donya's ability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment, this demonstrated very well when delivering council priorities to members of the public, TOUGH JOB. Technology in the transportation world changes very quickly, I am always blown away when Donya demonstrates the ability to step to the plate, talking the talk and walking the walk, whether it be with a team of senior traffic signal technicians, or a group of seasoned engineers.

Working with Donya, I was always amazed at her determination, persistence, and drive to problem solve and expand her knowledge. I learned so much from her in my early years as an Engineer. Her personality is always so bright and she genuinely cares about all the people that she works with. Those characteristics made her a joy to collaborate and work with. She constantly challenges and encourages me to be a better Engineer, colleague, and future supervisor. Her mentorship and guidance will always be appreciated!
