Bahram has over 35 years of experience as a civil and geotechnical engineer specializing in geotechnical and earthquake engineering. Since joining AGS in 1983, Bahram has managed a significant number of on-call engineering contracts for agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has supervised over 600 site investigations and geotechnical analyses for pipelines, tunnels, dams, levees, canals, pump stations, water treatment plants, cogeneration plants, bridges, highway overcrossing structures, water storage, and other hydraulic structures.

Tina Wong has over 35 years of experience in business, accounting, budgeting, and project administration. Joining AGS in 1983, she serves as Principal responsible for contract administration, finance, personnel, and office management. She provides administrative oversight for projects where AGS acts as a prime contractor, joint venture partner, or subconsultant.
