Mamadou Barro has over 22 years of federal service at the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), serving as an Electronics Engineer and Chief Engineer for Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) programs. He has led both domestic and international C-UAS projects, with deep expertise in drone detection, electronic mitigation, technology evaluation, and policy development spanning the full lifecycle of counter-drone operations.
