Ken Hartnett has over 20 years of experience in all phases of the system life cycle for battle management, command and control, communications, and intelligence (BMC4I) systems, C4ISR systems, Coast Guard systems, fire control systems, air traffic control systems, and simulation systems. He is a DoD-certified Enterprise Architect and has served as Chief Architect and System of Systems IPT for the Coast Guard's Deepwater System of Systems.
