Designed, developed, tested, and delivered the Enhanced Communications and Analysis Test System (ECATS) to provide an operational satellite ground suite. The system was designed to establish two-way communication links with virtually every Department of Defense satellite system, including the Wide-Band Gapfiller (WBGF) and Defense Satellite Communication Systems (DSCS) to support operational testing.

SVAD White Sands Missile Range Engineering Support

2006 | White Sands Missile Range, NM | Survivability Vulnerability Assessment Directorate (SVAD) at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) | Defense

Provided general engineering support, including testing, evaluating, and assessing nuclear and electromagnetic radiation effects on military systems and materials. Supported major electro-optical and electromagnetic facilities, including the Electromagnetic Radiation Effects Facility, High Power Microwave, Electromagnetic Pulse Test Systems, and the Joint Directed Energy Testing Site.

Joint Directed Energy Testing Site Technical Support

2009 | White Sands Missile Range, NM | Survivability Vulnerability Assessment Directorate (SVAD) at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) | Defense

Designed, implemented, and maintained Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and targets to support the White Sands Test Center's Joint Directed Energy Testing Site (JDETS) facility. Also provided technical support and operated transient facilities.

National Radar Cross Section Test Facility Logistical Support

2009 | White Sands Missile Range, NM | US Air Force's 781st Test Squadron, 46 Test Group | Defense

Located and procured a 165,000-ton capacity all-terrain crane to support the National Radar Cross Section Test Facility (NRCSTF). Logistical support included planning and coordinating multi-state transport with the US Department of Transportation (DOT) and state transportation agencies for a vehicle designated as a super load.
