Just wanted to shoot you some quick feedback on ADTEK from a MILCON nearing completion at Andrews. Overall appears to be a very successful design. There have been only a few minor changes representing only a 2% cost growth and minimal RFIs to date. Always great to have a project execute nearly on autopilot and it's a credit to both the designer and builder throughout the lifecycle of the project.
ADTEK was great jumping on this [issue] immediately and getting the approval from the Sanitary Division to make this change in the field and that most of the consultants she has dealt with are very slow taking care of this type of situation during construction.
I am very impressed and thankful with how you and your team took the time to ask questions, really listen, and then translate into a very user-friendly master plan.
