Emmanuel Tuombe

Chief Executive Officer

Emmanuel Tuombe founded ABES Engineering in 2015 after a career at Bechtel. He holds a Master's degree in civil engineering from South Dakota Mines and is a licensed Professional Engineer in ten states. He has over 20 years of experience in construction engineering inspection, roadway and bridge improvements, utility coordination, stormwater design, and contract management. He has served on the board of Engineers Without Borders International and founded chapters in Rwanda and Gabon.

Brad Davis

Engineering Manager

PE

Brad Davis joined ABES Engineering in January 2021 after serving as Deputy Program Manager of the City of Memphis SARP10 sewer assessment and rehabilitation program with Black & Veatch, managing a $50 million annual budget. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Memphis and has over 25 years of experience, including 15 years with SSR and serving as Deputy Director of Engineering for the City of Memphis.
